Refund Policy

Return or Exchange Process

You have 7 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange if:
  • - The product is damaged, stained, defective, or incomplete.
  • - The product(s) must be unused, in original packaging, with labels and protective stickers intact.

This policy is applicable for orders delivered within Pakistan. For international orders, please reach out to our customer support team for assistance.

How to Initiate a Return
  • To start a return, please email us at customhubofficial@gmail.com with the reason for return and order details.
  • Upon approval by our customer support team, you will be directed to send the parcel to our Warehouse. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Processing Your Return
  • We aim to process all returns within 5-7 working days upon receipt. During peak periods, kindly allow up to 14 working days for processing.

Refund Policy
  • Regrettably, we do not offer refunds. Our options include coupons and exchanges for eligible items.
